Terms of Service

Welcome to Heritage Handyman! By booking a service, browsing our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide residential and light commercial handyman services throughout Fredericton and the surrounding New Brunswick area. Services include but are not limited to: furniture assembly, TV mounting, drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, accessibility modifications, and general maintenance.

2. Booking & Service Agreement

When you book a service with us—online, by phone, or in person—you agree to the outlined scope of work and pricing. Materials must be paid upfront, and labor is due upon job completion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear and safe access to the work area and disclose any known hazards (e.g., electrical, structural, pest-related). Heritage Handyman is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

4. Changes & Additions

Any changes to the agreed-upon work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $75 cancellation fee. See our full refund and payment policy for more info.

6. Subcontractors

In some cases, we may use trusted third-party professionals to complete portions of the work. All subcontractors are required to uphold the same level of quality and care.
