Start by submitting your remodel ideas via our easy-to-use inquiry form. Whether you have a fully-formed plan or just a few thoughts, we want to hear about your vision.
Walkthrough + Consultation
Once we’ve reviewed your inquiry, we’ll schedule a walkthrough to discuss the details. This helps us fully understand your goals and allows us to provide accurate estimates. Our walkthroughs come with a $125 fee, which is applied toward your final invoice when you hire us.
Detailed Estimate & Retainer
After the walkthrough, we’ll send a detailed estimate. Upon acceptance, a 20% retainer secures your place on our schedule, and we’ll work with you on a start date.

Pricing & Scheduling
We believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing and scheduling. For remodel projects, our process is straightforward.
Remodel projects are typically scheduled 10 weeks after your retainer is paid. Timing does flex depending on workload.
Materials are to be paid for prior to the job starting, and we charge a 20% markup on materials if we are handling the sourcing & purchases, but you are welcome to provide your own materials using our detailed materials list.
Payments are requested via e-transfer. Credit card payments can be arranged with a 3% service fee.
Our goal is to make sure there are no surprises—just a smooth experience and a beautifully remodelled space or backyard oasis.
