Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Materials: Must be paid in full upfront before the start of the project.Labor: Must be paid in full upon completion by e-transfer or credit card. Material pickups or sourcing: If requested by the client, this time is billable at $125/hour, with a 1-hour minimum.

Refunds

Completed work is non-refundable. If you’re unsatisfied, we will work with you to make it right.Prepaid services canceled with 48+ hours’ notice will receive a full refund.Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Promotional Discounts

Heritage Handyman occasionally offers a 25% discount for first-time clients during promotional periods.

This discount:

Applies only to the first service booking

Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts

Must be clearly stated at the time of booking to be valid

Applies to labor only, not materials or third-party fees

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
