Josh was very quick to respond when I was in desperate need of crack filling done on my house during renovations. He came out 2 days later for an estimate and started the next day. His estimate was very accurate to what the final invoice was which I appreciate. Pricing & Scheduling
We believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing and scheduling. For remodel projects, our process is straightforward.
Remodel projects are typically scheduled 10 weeks after your retainer is paid. Timing does flex depending on workload.
Materials are to be paid for prior to the job starting, and we charge a 20% markup on materials if we are handling the sourcing & purchases, but you are welcome to provide your own materials using our detailed materials list.
Payments are requested via e-transfer. Credit card payments can be arranged with a 3% service fee.
Our goal is to make sure there are no surprises—just a smooth experience and a beautifully remodelled space or backyard oasis.
